Web site re-install

The site has recently been hacked. In an abundance of caution we have decided to completely reinstall our web site. As part of this process, we have migrated articles but not the user database or the user comments. Any accounts that were created before Tuesday 26 February 2019 will therefore have to be re-created.

Well, the new Democrasi.com site is finally up and running.   We started today by migrating one of the old postings;  eventually more of the earlier postings will be migrated here.  If a posting was migrated without significant changes, we have tried to preserve the original timestamp. As always, comments and feedback are always welcome.
